I did this Room for the TRACY Project (Gamebased Training for Disaster and Emergency Scenarios) for the Game Changer Institute at the HTW Berlin.
TRACY is a VR Game in which the Player is supposed to learn about the correct behaviour in Emergency Situations. In this case the room catches fire and the Player has to properly react to it.
Assets were modelled in 3dsmax. Textures and Baking done in Substance. Realtime rendered in Unreal Engine 4.
